Here is another way you can MAKE #MONEY NOW !!!!

Since we are still in the summer season and the weather is still gorgeous outside it's time to do some Summer Cleaning for $$$$ CASH $$$$

It's time to go through your closets, your attic, your storage units, your garage and clean them out and have a MASSIVE YARD SALE !!

Turn all of the things you no longer use or no longer need into

some much needed $$$$$ CASH $$$$$

There's an old saying “ One mans Trash is another Mans Treasure”

That saying is 100% correct... Every year I have a massive yard sale and I generate an extra $4,000.00 to $5,000.00 Dollars by having a three day yard sale. Friday, Saturday & Sunday.. I get rid of everything that has been stored away for years.. I love it for two reasons one I make money, and if you know me you know I Love making money !!!!

Second it frees up an enormous amount of space.. I call that a win-win scenario.. if you want to maximize your earning potential first gather all of your unwanted stuff clean it up make it look presentable . Next buy about 10 packs of sticky labels that you can write on and price everything out. Huge time saver you won't have to answer anyone's questions like “ How much do you want for this ??“  Because the price will already be on it..

Second have a notebook handy and write all of the prices and items down in the notebook incase a tag falls off. Also in your notebook have your ticked price and the lowest price you would accept for that item.. This is also a great way to see what items were purchased. I also put a time next to each purchase and the price it sold for so I can see what people are willing to pay and what items sold first.. Yes I keep extremely accurate records of everything. If you want to triple and quadruple your earnings. You can go to Craigslist.com and look up FREE STUFF people are getting rid of things every day for FREE.. Check it every day if you see something you like contact that person immediately and ask if they could hold it for you and you will pick it up as soon as you can.. Gather as much free stuff as you can, Clean it up and sell it at your yard sale.. Make sure you price it and log it into your notebook. By selling FREE STUFF you are making a 100% pure profit off of #FREE STUFF.. One man's trash really is another mans treasure.. I log everything into my notebook so I know what items I am going to keep an eye out for in the future. Plus the items that sell first are usually high in demand items.. So having a time frame of when the sale was made, and how much it was bought for makes you more efficient and more effective every year.. I fill my garage to the roof 3 to 5 times between Spring and Fall, and I make $4,000.00 to $5,000.00 Dollars every time. This is a NO BRAINER get rid of things you don't need earn cash and you will have fun doing it.. Side note make sure you have at least $400.00 in small bills. At least $200.00 in ones, Two hundred dollars in fives, a hundred dollars in tens.. I swear almost everyone that buys something at a yard sale always has big bills.. If you can recruit someone for those 3 days to work with you for free, or for a free meal, or for some cash it helps immensely. So if you need to leave to go get smaller bills you can.. If you have followed all of the steps that I do the person you leave in charge has a notebook filled with prices to go by if someone asks her, or him a question they have the answer.. Makes sense right the more organized you are the smoother your day goes.. The end result ....
